Beam shelving(Warehouse shelf rollformer) is heavy duty and has a large load capacity. The unit load of heavy duty beam shelving can be 1000-3000 kg. The layer load of beam shelving can be customised according to customer requirements, by adjusting the size of the columns(Upright rack roll forming machine) and beams(box beam roll forming machine or step beam roll former) and by using different materials.
The shelves(shelf system roll forming machine) are assembled from columns(upright rack roll forming machine), beams(step beam roll forming machine or box beam roll forming machine), cross braces(bracing roll forming machine), diagonal braces(diagonal bracing rollformer), bolts and other components. The columns and crossbeams are joined together to form the shelves. Safety pins are used between the crossbeams and the columns to ensure that the crossbeams do not fall off under external impact. Due to this combination of structural features, the shelves are very convenient in terms of transport, handling, installation and dismantling.

In this line, the customer has split the entire production step into a punching line and a forming line in order to achieve fast speed, so that the forming speed is not affected by the punching and can reach 15 m/min. One line is dedicated to punching and after punching the material is recycled into rolls and then the whole roll is put into the uncoiler of the forming line and then rolled.
In addition, the forming machine is automatically adjustable in size by means of 3 small motors, and the width and height can be automatically positioned to that size by setting it on the touch screen, making it very easy to operate.
